About Helionis Limited
A UK-registered distributor of solar energy equipment — not a manufacturer, not an installer.
Sourcing, verified. Distribution, straightforward.
Helionis Limited purchases solar panels, inverters, battery storage systems, EV chargers and related equipment from established European manufacturers and their authorised wholesale distributors, and resells it to trade and retail customers across the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
We hold no manufacturing capability and carry out no installation with our own labour. This is a deliberate choice: it keeps the business focused on what a distributor is positioned to do well — verifying suppliers, comparing pricing across markets, and getting the right component to the right customer.
Mission
To make verified, high-quality solar and energy-storage equipment easier to source and buy, for trade and private customers alike, by connecting Europe's established wholesale supply chain to the UK and European end market through a single point of purchase.
Vision
To become a trusted mid-sized distributor of solar and energy-storage equipment across the UK and Central/Southern Europe, recognised for consistent stock availability, transparent sourcing and dependable after-sales support.

Tier-1 only, verified before listing
Every brand carried by Helionis Limited is sourced through an authorised wholesale distributor of the original manufacturer — never through unverified or grey-market channels. Before any new supplier is onboarded, we confirm:
- Active company registration in the supplier's country of operation (Companies House, Handelsregister, Registro Imprese, Registro Mercantil, Obchodní rejstřík or Firmenbuch, as applicable).
- Current authorised-distributor status with the manufacturers they represent.
- Standard commercial documentation practice: proper invoicing, published or shareable warranty terms, and datasheets for every SKU.
This standard applies equally to our own product listings: every SKU on this site carries manufacturer-published specifications, and we do not publish performance claims that aren't in the manufacturer's own datasheet.
Built for scrutiny from day one
Helionis Limited applies the same compliance standard to every account, trade or retail:
Supplier verification
Company registration and sanctions screening before onboarding, re-checked before large orders.
Customer KYC
Company registration and beneficial-ownership checks before trade credit terms are extended to B2B accounts.
AML-aligned payments
Card and bank-transfer payment rails only; no cash or unverifiable payment methods, for either channel.
Document retention
Supplier invoices, customer orders, payment records and correspondence retained in line with standard UK company record-keeping requirements.
Full detail is set out in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Direct-ship today, scaling with demand
At launch, Helionis Limited ships either directly from the fulfilling supplier or through a contracted third-party logistics (3PL) partner, rather than operating its own warehouse. This keeps fixed costs low while order volume is established, and lets us route each order to whichever verified supplier holds the best-priced stock rather than being tied to a single warehouse's inventory.
An owned UK distribution facility is a Year 2–3 consideration, contingent on confirmed order volumes — see our Shipping Policy for what this means for delivery times today.
Two buyer channels, one verified standard
Helionis Limited serves two distinct customer groups through the same verified catalogue:
Trade (B2B)
Installation companies, construction firms, dealers and corporate clients purchasing at trade pricing through a registered Trade Account, with a dedicated account manager once approved.
Retail (B2C)
Homeowners, rural and farm property owners, and small commercial premises buying directly through the online store at retail pricing, with standard UK consumer protections and after-sales support.
We do not treat either group as secondary — the same sourcing verification, documentation standard and after-sales process applies regardless of order size.
Where the catalogue and supplier network go from here
Unit economics proof
Establish dealer accounts across at least two source countries (UK and Czech Republic), launch the full online catalogue, and prove unit economics on the core assortment.
Supplier base expansion
Extend active wholesale accounts into Germany, Italy or Spain for premium brand access and improved volume pricing; grow the share of revenue from battery storage and EV charging.
Fully scaled network
Maintain active sourcing relationships across all six researched markets; evaluate a UK-based owned warehouse if order volume justifies it.
Category gaps we're aware of and actively looking to close: heat pumps and smart home energy management are not yet core stocked lines with any of our twelve verified suppliers.
