Trade Account & B2B Wholesale
For installation companies, construction firms, dealers and corporate clients. One account, trade pricing across the full catalogue, and a dedicated account manager once approved.
Trade pricing
Wholesale pricing visible after account approval, sourced across our 12-supplier network.
Bulk & project orders
Multi-pallet and multi-SKU orders coordinated with logistics in advance.
Dedicated account manager
A single point of contact once your account is approved and active.
VAT-validated invoicing
EU/UK VAT numbers validated at onboarding for correct invoice treatment.
What a Trade Account gets you
- Trade pricing on the full catalogue, not a limited "trade range" — every SKU listed at retail is also available at trade pricing once approved.
- No published minimum order — smaller installers and resellers can open an account without committing to a minimum monthly spend.
- One account manager across your whole order history, not a different support contact per order.
- Consolidated invoicing appropriate to your VAT status (domestic VAT, reverse charge, or export), validated at onboarding.
- Direct routing on warranty and technical queries — your account manager, not a general support queue.
Apply for a Trade Account
Applications are typically reviewed within one business day. You will be asked to confirm your company registration details.
Approval Process
Registry check
Company number and VAT are checked against the relevant national registry (Companies House for UK; Handelsregister, Registro Imprese, Registro Mercantil, Obchodní rejstřík or Firmenbuch for EU).
Business-type review
We confirm the business type you select matches your registered trading activity.
Approval
Most applications are reviewed within one business day. We will contact you if we need to clarify any details.
Account setup
Once approved, trade pricing becomes visible on the website and your account manager's details are sent by email.
First order
Order online at trade pricing, or contact your account manager directly for larger or multi-supplier orders.
What can delay approval: A company or VAT number mismatch, a business type mismatch, or using a personal email address (e.g. Gmail) instead of your registered company domain.
Invoiced Trade Terms
New trade accounts start on prepayment terms (card or bank transfer). Invoiced credit terms may be extended to established accounts after a review, based on order history and standard business credit references.
Before extending credit terms, we check:
- Minimum trading history with Helionis (typically several completed prepaid orders).
- Confirmed business registration and standard trade references.
- Order pattern consistent with the account's stated business type.
